The best part of having a team is having the security of a back-up plan. 

If our primary caregiver is unavailable because life gets in the way, the secondary caregiver steps-in allowing for reliable, consistent pet and home care services.

Our Fear Free Certified professional pet-sitting expert, she's cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs and even chickens!

With motherly patience and compassion, she excels in going the extra mile to ensure that pets are happy, healthy, & loved.

Dale is also our plant specialist, with over 24 years as a retail florist.

You may recognize her as the former Customer Service Specialist at NexGen Hearing in Sidney, before starting with Leave With Ease full-time.

Dale has a Diploma in Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Our dog-walking expert, Frank's spent hours developing a bond with pups from 6 months to senior dogs to over 16 years old.

Big on positive reinforcement, he hasn't met a dog that he hasn't loved...and most love him right back...lol!

...and cats...don't forget cats!

As a Fear Free Certified professional with pet first aid & CPR, he never uses threats, intimidation, or force with a pet unless it's in imminent danger.

He is also the staff member that does our home security checks and social media posts.

Frank has a B.Comm. degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
