Dale Simon

Co-owner Dale (Mom) lives in Sidney.

Our Fear Free Certified professional pet-sitting expert, she's cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs and even chickens!

With motherly patience and compassion, she excels in going the extra mile to ensure that pets are happy, healthy, & loved.

Dale is also our plant specialist, with over 24 years as a retail florist.

You may recognize her as the former Customer Service Specialist at NexGen Hearing in Sidney, before starting with Leave With Ease full-time.

Dale has a Diploma in Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Frank Simon

Co-owner Frank (Dad) also lives in Sidney.

Our dog-walking expert, he's spent hours developing a bond with pups from 6 months to senior dogs over 14 years old.

Big on positive reinforcement, he hasn't met a dog that he hasn't loved...

...and most love him right back...lol!

As a Fear Free Certified professional with pet first aid & CPR, he never uses threats, intimidation, or force on a walk unless your dog is in imminent danger.

He is also the staff member doing most of our yard maintenance and home security checks.

Frank has a B.Comm. degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Angela Fung (Simon)

Oldest daughter Angela lives in Work Point (Esquimalt).

She is the first Fear Free Certified pet sitter in Greater Victoria and is also certified in pet first aid and CPR.

A jack of all trades doing pet sitting & dog walking, she excels in animal behaviour and aspires to become a dog trainer.

Angela is trained as a Pharmacy Technician and Paramedic in her previous careers before joining Leave With Ease full-time.

Her love of animals included volunteering at Wild Arc in Metchosin as a teenager. She's had her own pets since the age of 5.

Nicolle Simon

Youngest daughter Nicolle lives in Saanich.

She is a medical professional, trained in First Aid and C.P.R.

As a University grad, she received the President's Award for Academic Excellence as the highest performing student in a Degree Program.

Nicolle is a compassionate care-giver and nothing makes her happier than cuddling with pets in her care, including her pit bull Sugar.
